Today Marsha and Christoph have sent a sample of cocoa beans each to the chocolatiers Michel Cluizel in Normandy and A. Morin near Avignon. Cluizel is specialized in plantation chocolate (so-called single estate), for which cocoa is only used by certain individual fincas. Some of the chocolates were also awarded prizes.
