Let's go to the "Schokoladengourmet Festival"

Today, Marsha and Christoph are going to Hannover for the "Chocolate Gourmet Festival". We start at 06:00 a.m. and after 5 hours we reach our final destination at 11:00 a.m. The event takes place in the old Helmkehof in Hannover, a nostalgic factory hall, where rubber goods were manufactured in the 19th century. Some of the best chocolatiers from Germany, Europe and the world present themselves and their products. Michael Beck from Becks Cocoa, Mikkel Friis Holm from Denmark, Duffy Sheardown from Duffy's in England, Marc Schimmel from Krak Chocolade in Holland, Nensi Gegelija from Chocolate Naive in Lithuania and the couple Wijne from Zart Pralinen in Austria take part, but also hardware manufacturers and distributors like Cocoatown with Andal Balu in the USA and Marc's brother Peter Schimmel with Nemisto in Holland. Since these chocolatiers are primarily bean-to-bar manufacturers, they are the right contact for us and our cocoa. We distribute 8kg of our brought along samples and have very interesting conversations in which we are always signaled how excellent our cocoa is.
